Initial Meeting 


We’ll sit down together

 (virtually or in person) to discuss your goals.

You will then have a map that will consist of your-
 

  1. Plan Development – Together, we’ll create a recovery plan tailored to your needs.
     
  2. Ongoing Support – Regular check-ins, encouragement, and resources to keep you moving forward.
